As a freelance conference interpreter for English and German I work in Berlin and Brandenburg, the region surrounding the city, as well as other areas of Germany. Most of my assignments as a simultaneous interpreter take place in Berlin, but I do occasionally travel to other parts of the country. I have for instance interpreted for the German ministry of transport in Dresden and a climate protection initiative in Rostock. Are you organising a multilingual event? I am happy to put together a team of simultaneous translators for English – German and German – English. If your event requires simultaneous
interpreters for additional languages, I will be happy to organise a team for all the languages that are spoken at the conference – be it Spanish, Russian or Japanese.

Our fee covers not only the on-site interpretation services, but also our preparation, which ensures that the interpreters are well-versed in the topic and the technical terminology of the conference.
Technical Equipment for Simultaneous Interpreters
Wherever simultaneous interpreters are at work, technical equipment is required. This includes a sound-proofed both as well as receivers and headphones for the participants listening to the German or English interpretation. I am happy to organise all the equipment that is needed for the simultaneous translators to do their job well.
